my baby girl 17 month's old she is having wight spot at her chin what is the problem of skin?

Apply lotion after bath ,do oil massage or milk cream massage before bath atleast once a week..
Oil or milk cream massage nourishes skin,use mild soap with less pH value...
Apply home made ghee or butter on spot..
Give adequate water, fluids, fresh fruits and vegetables as salads for hydration...
