Q.
my baby is facing skin rashes most of the time that too always at the place of chin. I tried using moisturizer cream (atogla) as per Doc prescription but of no use.

Consult with your doctor in person for proper physical examination and treatment
It’s common in small baby to avoid such irritation maintain hygiene
Clean chin if baby is drooling usually it will correct within one week apply calamine lotion twice daily keep babys surrounding clean and dust free
