PallaviMom of a 8 yr old girl4 years agoA. hello...white spots on baby's face is generally due to vitamin deficiency or fungal infection...this seems like a problem which should be seen by a medical professional....i would suggest you see a doctor to know if there is anything to worry about and to know why this is happening ..
