my baby entered into 5 th month, can I start cerilac or nestrum . which one is better , there are lot of products cerilac rice cerilac wheat+ apple cerilac whole wheat nestrum rice. etc

better to wait till 6 months by that time baby's bowel will be mature enough to accept food.

please avoid formula feed
please give easily digestible food like warm dal water moong water or rice starch with small quantity of spices and ghee
you can give properly cooked rice and khichdi
please give daily massage with Babyhug massage oil
