Q.

My baby completed 5 months i am planning to start dal water/ rice water with brest milk, what should be the quantity? can you please share the chart to understand to better

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and please. do not strt giving your baby any semi solos food at this age of five months as it is always recommended to give baby breastfeeding exclusively for the first six months. and it is total food for a baby take care
