Q.

my baby boy is going to compete 5 months by day after tomorrow he is looking like so dull from. yesterday evening I did not understand what might be the reason can anyone tell me. #Vaccination

A. Hello, your baby boy is 5 months old and he is looking dull since yesterday evening so mostly hot summer heat dehydration and give him frequent breast feeding and keep him in cool place

A. many times the child might be having dehydration or less milk intake which leads to such type of problem so it is advisable to meet your doctor for need of nutritional supplements

A. dear mother sometime because of the seasonal changes the kids Mein shows some kind of Dallas in their attitude you must keep your child well hydrated add if your baby has started holding the neck you can also start giving basic semi liquid diet that includes the fresh seasonal fruit purees Dal ka pani Rice Water coconut water to make him stay fresh and hydrated sometime it can be because of teething also
