My baby boy is 9 months old and he is not having hair on sides. Is this alopecia areata? Does it need any treatment?

The hair are really very less it could be a possibility of the same issue that you are saying but it’s better to consult with a dermatologist first because without a physical assessment I cannot give you hundred percent surety of any problem in this area
