my baby boy age is 3rd month running he is suffering from eye water and push only one eye no fever no pain but why and solution pls push and water at right side eye pls sugest medcn or solution

A. Hello! This condition can refer to blocked tear duct , which is a common finding in a small babies. Gently wipe away the discharge using a soft cotton cloth. I wouldn’t really advise any over-the-counter medication or drops for the baby. Better to check with your consulting paediatrician in this matter.
