my baby birth weight is 3kg and now 3 month 22 days his weight is 4.8 kg he is completely on breastfeeding but not gaining weight and also he feeds milk only 10 mins,, but he is healthy and active,, his weight is normal or not

Okay your child should be 5 kg by completing the age of four months so now it is 22 days you still are left with one week if your child gains approximately 200 g in this time that means your child is gaining well she expect a child to gain a minimum of 500 g in a month and your child is gaining appropriately looking at the birth rate and the current rate of your child
