my baby 2 year 4 month ka hai usko bar bar vomit & loose motions ho jate h pet m bhi drd btata h altrasound bhi karaya usme bhi kuch nhi aaye kya kre btaye plzz

Also check drinking water or any unsuitable foods in diet which cause motions,vomitings.
Due to indigestion stomach upsets cause pain.
Observe baby diet any new food or diary products,nuts in few of them cause allergic reaction,indigestion issues.

Maybe it is due to poor digestion and that’s why your child could be facing the same problem I would recommend you to consult the stomach doctor gastroenterologist they will be able to give you proper help and advice as per the situation situation that is there
