Regarding Speech  Baby usually start mono syllable by 6 to 7 months of age then by syllable words come by 9 to 10 months of age
then by 12 to 14 months of age baby say two to three words followed by jargon speech at 15-16 months .
child can start saying simple sentences by two years of age .
just make the child comfortable and do more interaction with the childb so that he can learn to speak sfentences properly.
if the speech does not comes even by three years of age you need  to consult your doctor for a proper assessment of the child .

Hi See if your child is understanding every thing giving a proper response to what you are saying then don’t worry about it speech can start by the age of 2 to 2 1/2 years as well but if you want to know more about it one time you can take a consultation with the speech therapist
