Q.
My 7 months baby is just 5.6 kg from 3 months not gaining weight what would be the reason? and doctor prescribed to give Simly mct oil mix with baby food will the oil Simly mct will increase the weight of my baby?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 Year agoA. Hello mom.it does help also now baby food can be given prefer to gove home made and natural foods , do avoid packaged food .
add ghee to their meals , also curds can be given, you can also ragi, suji porridge , home made cerelac mix , kichidi, steamed vegetables , fruits , juices , soups
