my 6 months old baby started eating solids but is not passing stool regularly. what food should I give or avoid? (she is eating homemade ceralac, khichdi)

A. dear mum , not all baby pass stool daily it is fine but if stool is hard, baby is straining hard n discomfort while passing stool then constipated include legumes , vegetables green leafy veg fruit
