My 5yes old son is having cold since yesterday. He is active, no fever, or cough. last time when he got cold doctor suggested Maxtra syrup. Can I give same now.

A. yes you can give this medicine again to the child for cough and cold and this medicine can be given maximum three times per day if required and also give home remedies like Tulsi Ginger honey combination and turmeric with milk
