my 55 days old baby having cold for 3 days weight 3.2 kg giving sinarest af 0.4 ml twice a day but cold not yet reduced. what medicine can be given?

A. continue the same for two days more cold and cough in the baby is due to viral infection sometimes can be allergies please give steam inhalation to liquefy the secretions saline drops in the nose for congestion nose

A. Hi mom Cold and cough can take around 3-9 days to subside. so no need to worry. Continue with the medicine that you are already giving. Also apply babyhug rapid relief roll on or vicks babyrub on the chest and feet sole to get relief from cough and cold
