Q.
My 5 years old son having cold (no fever) and difficulty in breathing. He used to catch cold in every 15 days, doctors say he has an allergic issue. Shall I go for an allergic test? How to treat it? Does it make health problems in long run?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. hi, for this your treating doctor will advice u in details. Give her one tsp honey everyday. Give her a high protein diet and lots of fruits and vegetables. Avoid giving her oily and fried foods.
