my 5 years old kid has gas problem from 3-4 days.i given him fennel seeds water n carom water .but no relief. can you suggest any medicine?

A. Carrom seeds with a little bit of rock salt with warm water can be helpful but you should consult a doctor if the child is continuously facing the problem then there could be some other things associated with that you may as well have a doctor checkup and then they can advise you better on this
