my 5 month old baby is experiencing diarrhea with no fever but has not passed urine for 48 hours and is currently on medication,please help with understanding the diarrhoea will last for how long and what are dangerous signs I should look

Teething stomach infection would be happening but the biggest problem where I feel is that the child hasn’t passed during in 48 hours that’s not good so I suggest you to get a school test done for your child with you know what is the reason and accordingly you can medicate or treat your child and talk to your doctor specially about the issue of not passing you read for 48 hours
