my 5 month baby has not pooped since Monday.....today is the fourth day ....he is suffering from cold from last 3 days n is having prescribed drops.

See I’m just going to tell you constipation is normal in this age if your child is comfortable then you don’t have to do anything it can go without pooping for even half a month stretch so it would be good apart from that also I’m going to recommend you for cold you can give Sinarist af five drops one time and three times in the day for 3 to 5 days
