My 4 month son has developed fever post his 2 shot of vaccine (DPT & Pneumonia). Temperature ranged from 100-103, I gave him Crocin drops 1 ml every 8 hours post which temperature comes down 98-99 but post medicine effect the temperature raises again. He is also not feeding as normal have given him meftal P 2.5 ml once also. Today is his 3rd day post vaccination. What should I do?

A. post vaccination fever can last for one or two days and it will subside gradually but you need to repeat the dose of Paracetamol every 4 to 6 hours as per the requirement
