my 4 month old daughter is getting red rashes around eyes ,am applying coconut oil but still it's not working. please suggest if we need to visit the doctor

A. Stop applying oil on face or around eyes of the baby and no need to apply anything it will be alright on its own as it is milia which gets alright on its own
