Q.

Baby is getting heat rashes on her face and red patches on back of her neck. I am applying coconut oil in it. Is it safe? what else I can do?

A. urs, it's safe, Dressing him in light cotton clothing . Bath in lukewarm water. It’s best to avoid soap, because this can irritate your child’s skin, avoid using lotion.. keep good hygiene
