my 4 month baby sweats alot on forehead and sometimes his forehead remains cold. is this normal

A. The thing that you’re facing with your child is very normal and common there is no problem in that because kids have a lot of warm body temperature heat in the body which lead to feel very hot actually even in winter season sometimes it’s a normal thing whether the body is cold still the sweat can come
