Q.
My 3yrs 9month old son can not speak.He repeats what we say like his name alphabates numerals etc very clearly but he doesnt speak anything from his own.He keeps on talking many things of his own world.what could be the reason?please suggest solutions.

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 4 years old and he doesn’t speak properly so see if he has a tongue tie beneath it and it’s very better to consult with speech therapist
