my 3 years baby does not want to eat for last 4/5 days, only on milk. She had a mild fever with cough preciously. Now we see upset stomach, with bad smell poop. What should I do and what should I give her to eat?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 weeks agoA. ok. loss of appetite is common post illness. please offer her more liquids. try to offer her fav food and encourage her to have it, but do not force feed. ok
