My 25 month old daughter not talk too much.she is very active and understands everything but not able to speak every thing.she speaks some 2 word sentences also like where is papa or mumma,kya hua ,what this.knows all body parts by name.but not able to speak counting when I try to teach her.her vocabulary is increasing but not 2 way talking.we blessed with other child after that her behavior is changed she start afraid of everything,cry for everything,not going outside without me.she is very friendly but at home she behav very vierd sometimes,like afraid of cooker,not want to bath sometime.,what to do ?

proper language / speech development will start between 18 months of age to 3 years of age. 
there is no need to worry before that just concentrate on the diet and regular interaction with the child.
also speech and language develops properly with more people available to interact with the child
avoid usage of tv mobile and laptop because they are the most common reasons for delayed speech and language development.

the most important thing is that before speech, understanding of the commands given by the parents should be present.
by 18 months if the child dis not following basic commands then only you have to meet the doctor for speech and development assessment.
requirement of speech therapy will also be discussed by your doctor.
