My 23 month boy still don't start talking. he only says maa and makes some animal sounds. but he understands everything and follows all the instructions. how I helped him???

A. still doesn't talk only the basic words as mumma papa Dada keep encouraging the baby break the words and sentences and let the baby repeat after you let the baby mingle with same age groups
