My 20 month son doesn't speak only 1-2 words in a day or babbling on his own in his own language but expresses his needs by pointing or taking us along. Does byee hello just action but does not speak in words, understands us when we tell him and reacts too but speech is something we are more concerned. Is there some issue which we should be more concerned?
