hi Doctor, my son is speak only 20-25 words .but he will do everything we ask .he talk with his own language with us..is it normal or we need to do anything.

A. it's fine by 1 year baby will be saying monosyllables atleast. it will improve eventually, and by 2 years baby should be able to follow simple commands and should speak 2 word sentences. by 3 years it's 3 word sentences. may vary a little
