Q.

hi ..my child is 2yr 6 months old..she doesn't not speak a sentence..but few rhymes she sings in her own language and some words she says very correctly..but normal talk she doesn't do..what should I do?

A. definitely your child will require a medical examination as well as developmental assessment DEVELOPMENT by the age of 2 years the child should be able to speak few words with meaning in the sentence and should be able to understand all the commands and orders given by the parents and if you feel that they are not present in your child it is important to meet your pediatrician to assess the growth milestones of the child and whether there is any need of therapy or not
