my LO ia 23 months old but she doesn't speak words? should I be worried. She speaks in her own language but not in hindi as we speak in family

Hi If your child hasn’t started speaking even a single word and it could be a little bit of speech delay first you get a check with an ENT doctor to figure out what could be the issue and if everything is normal then that’s very good otherwise you can take guidance from a speech therapist as well
