Q.

My 2 year old girl understands the things we say and does the things accordingly but doesn't speak much. what is the reason behind it?

A. Some kids can have a little bit of lapse in this speech but they usually learn to pick up onto their speech by the age of two years to 2 1/2 years still if the child is unable to do that then it is considered as a proper deal then you have to consult a therapist once
