my 2.7 years old daughter got red rashes on both her thighs. everone is saying that it's due to heat . whapt should I do?

A. If It is due to meet then you can start applying calamine lotion on to that area where ever you are saying that the right kind of rashes on to the body try to apply 2 to 3 times in a day and monitor it very closely for 5 to 6 days
