Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. for such a small child it is advisable to give only nasal saline drops and try to prevent temperature variations around the child and give breastfeeding at more frequent intervals and if the problem continues into a 3 days than a doctor

Some home remedies :
Keep a bowl full of chopped onion near her bed approx three feet far overnight
For blocked nose nasal saline drops can be used.
Don't expose her to winds and dirt's
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered
