My 19 days old boy may have cold, and he is also sneezing. What should I do?

A. Wikoryl af drops you can give five drops three times in the date that is what is going to be good as of now you can give it for minimum 3 to maximum five days but I would recommend you to kindly check with your doctor and then you give any other medication this also you should check with your doctor 1st
