my 14 months old baby poops 3/4 a day, especially after drinking cow's milik. is he lactose intolerant??

it is watery or loose..
if the consistency if fine then nothing to worry abt..
take care..
if that persists change the milk..
see the dr if the baby is lactose intolerence...
