Q.

My 13 month old baby is drinking very little quantity of water only. Is this normal and ok

A. it's okay in winter water intake reduce. 1-year-old gets approximately one 8-ounce that is approximately 240 ml water every day. put the water in a cup rather than a bottle.

A. Offer water frequently to the child specially when you are drinking..Drinking water in front of your child, encourage them to imitate you. Indulge baby in physical activity then baby demand more water.. Offer water regularly, especially right when they wake up in the morning and after active play. Offer coconut water or ors water then baby will consume water. If they refuse, incorporate hydrating foods like cucumbers or watermelon
