My 11 month old baby isnt having solids, how can i help him to eat

Namaste Mom, Is the baby in teething phase as such , because this symptom of loss of appetite is quite common in such , other is the taste a, flavour and variety , currently the baby can be given almost nearing to family foods, so you may offer food from your plate as well
