My 11 month old baby girl is scratching everyone and also she is fussy. What can be the reason?

Check the gums of your child your child may be teething and that is why your child is behaving like that because this process is very annoying so that can be fun thing second could be due to any other issue that your child is having with the child is trying to communicate and express but you are unable to understand that can also be a very big reason behind this kind of a behaviour of your child
