my 11 month baby has a swell in the upped eyelid...from the morning... why it coming out like this , is there to be worried or normal

A. See sometimes you do a mosquito bite also swelling can be there right now you can take some ice cube into a thick hay and keep it onto that area so the swelling settle down and otherwise if needed kindly have an assessment with your doctor please
