My 1 year old baby got rashes on his face suddenly. After wake up evening. After he eat little mango and 2 lichee. Wht can I put this area right now

It could be because of some allergic reaction
you may apply Cetaphil lotion over the affected area
take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered in the morning
Please consult your physician or pediatrician if symptoms persist
