mujhe bohot jyada gussa ata hai mai control nhi or pati hu Kabhi Kabhi ye hota ki mai Kuch utha kr fekh deti Hu mere do chhote baby hai mujhe Kisi BHI baat SE bohot jaldi irritation hone lgti hai mai Apne babies me upper chhoti chhoti BAAT or gussa krti hi mai aisa Krna nhi chahti but can't control jab guess ata hai to mujhe khud nhi PTA HOTA Maine kya Kiya this Der baad realize HOTA hai ki kya hua IAM very much worried about this behaviour of mine what to do plz help

I am thankful for those times that have passed. Now I have been gifted a new life and I am looking forward to experiencing more joy, more love, and more growth. 👉I gave birth to a child . I am proud of this accomplishment. 👉I have an amazing support system! When I ask for help, I receive help.I visualize myself happy and healthy after a perfect delivery. I am at home loving and playing with my beautiful baby. 👉An amazing mother lives within me! That mother is born along with my baby 👉 I respect my child; I respect myself. 👉Being a good mom takes courage, and today I’m feeling brave. 👉I do not have to lose my identity because I’m a mother. I’m allowed to reinvent myself as many times as I need to. 👉I am doing my best. I am good enough and I am worthy. 👉I have ability to cope, I am stronger than I think.  👉It am not in real danger. Anxiety doesn't define me, I am in control.  👉It's ok to have negative feelings, they will also pass. It's ok to have a bad day, getting through this day is the proof of my strength.  👉 I know some of the pain I am feeling right now is part of my recovery process. I am getting healed.  👉It is ok if not everyone understands what I am going through, they are doing their best, I am doing my best.
