PriyankaMom of a 2 yr 3 m old boy3 months agoA. It is okay to feel that way. I also feel the same sometimes.
Go out for a walk alone
Spend some minutes away from kids
Write down or observe what is disturbing you in real
Take a break from the task in hand
The idea of handling everything with kids is overwhelming.
Take a short break from anything that disturbs your peace of mind
Relax n get back to it as per priority
Yelling at kids disturbs their mind
And they learn the same behaviour
Take care of yourself mumma
POOJA KOTHARIExpecting Mom due this month3 months agoA. It’s completely normal to feel overwhelmed and more emotional after childbirth due to hormonal changes, lack of sleep, and the stress of new responsibilities. To help calm yourself, try to take small breaks during the day just for you—even 5–10 minutes of deep breathing, walking, or sitting quietly can help. Share your feelings with a loved one or join a mom support group to feel heard. Also, don’t hesitate to talk to a doctor or counselor; postpartum anger or mood changes can be a sign of postpartum anxiety or depression, and getting help is a sign of strength, not weakness. Be kind to yourself—you’re doing your best.
