monocef 250mg injection can be given to my 2 year old baby in common cold condition?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Cold is a viral illness and symptoms could be sneezing, running nose, cough sore throat, nasal congestion and fever.
Treatment consists of antihistamines antipyretics analgesics and decongestants .
steam inhalation wofduld be beneficial .
Medicines like sinarest/wikoryl / Alex cold can be given in a proper dose according to the weight for 3-5 days as per the symptoms .

If Your doctor is advising you to go ahead with it then then only you should go ahead with it because the paediatricians would have a better knowledge about giving any vaccination to the child if your fever is high maybe which is why the doctors advised to go for this injection
