Meri pregnancy ko abhi ded manth complete Hua Hai kya main diet mein rice, Kadi and spicy khana kha sakte hu

A. nope don't take spicy food. Take high protein contain food like- Milk and ghee and, grains, oatmeals, cereals, pulses, dry fruit, fresh fruits, vegetables, milk n mil products n lots of fluid
