meri daughter ka health thik se NAHI aa Raha hai or use kai dino se cold or cough hai Dr NE medicine di hai but usse abhi tak thik NAHI hua hai mene nasal spray bhi use Kiya bt uska result bhi achha NAHI aaya Kya Kiya jaye

A. Cough along with Cold most of the time is a viral illness and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration. you can give steam inhalation which is very useful . cough needs to be treated with anti allergic and expecctorant bronchodilators or antitussives medicine which should be given only after a proper evaluation by thhe doctor according to the type of cough. if fever is there paracetamol can be given to reduce the fever and the dose can be repeated after 6 hours again if required .

A. If your baby has a cold with no complications, it should resolve within 10 to 14 days. Most colds are simply a nuisance. But it's important to take your baby's signs and symptoms seriously. If symptoms don't improve or if they worsen, it's time to talk to your doctor.
