This can be because of change in weather in such case you should definitely consult with your doctor about it because your doctor can only advise well after examining baby baby’s reports. You should never give any sort of medication and if baby is temperature is more than 99° then you can give Calpol drops to your baby and can repeat the medicine in every six hours
