meri beti 5 mhine ki hone vali h, jab mai pregnant thi tb mujhe (Maa) thyroid tha mai uska medicine bhi kha rhi thi but babu ke hone ke baad mai thyroid ka medicine nhi kha rhi lekin babu sirf mera hi dudh piti h, to isse meri beti ko koi problem h ya nhi plz suggest me

It is generally safe to breastfeed while taking antithyroid drugs to treat an overactive thyroid (hyperthyroidism) provided the dose is low but you should check with your endocrinologist. Antithyroid drugs are best taken in smaller doses over two or three times a day following a feed.
