SantoMom of a 2 yr 3 m old girl2 years agoA. .if the poo consistency is watery or foamy or smelly then check for baby's intake that should be the problem and treat it accordingly And change baby's food or other food intake. Also ensure to give digestion medicines asking your doctor. Otherwise if consistency is fine no issues
