meri 5 years 6month ki beti hai usko 4din se vomiting ka tendency rahta hai aur khane ka bhi ruci nahi Rahata hai please bataye kya karan hai aur kya jare

A. hi it might be result of heat which lead to indigestion so,i would suggest to give nimbupani, coconut water,lassi,curd, buttermilk etc more to your child give mixture of two tbsp of curd with pinch of methi powder in it once in a day
